Senate may vote on new healthcare proposal
Congress has until Sept 30 to repeal and replace Obamacare under current rules and that spawned a proposal from Senators Graham and Cassidy that continues to move forward.
Trump urged Rand Paul earlier today on twitter to support it.
An NBC reporter says the full Senate will consider it next week (and vote) but a spokesman in McConnell's office said no announcements have been made yet about next week's floor schedule.
Update: A spokesman for McConnell now confirms it will come up on the Senate floor next week.
