- mortgage applications index rose 11.8% vs -27.6% in prev week
- mortgage refinancing index rose 8.8% vs -22.5% prev
- mortgage purchase index rose 16.4% vs -34.1% prev
An MBA econ said the figures should be volatile week to week as the industry adjusts to the new TILA-RESPA disclosure rule..
Given that scenario this data becomes less essential viewing anyway
