It's widely assumed that there is no legal obligation but a petition/test case in progress at the moment from a selective group of business and individuals has yet to be heard and may yet throw in a curve ball.

GBPUSD higher again as EURGBP gets sold down through 0.8525. More bids at 0.8520 though.
