- Greece is expected to achieve a primary budget surplus of more than 3%
- if there is no bailout review on 7 April there should be initiatives at a higher level
As if that will make any difference. Tsipras seemingly forgetting that it takes both sides to make a deal, even with all the EU/IMF procrastination so far.
EU's Tusk:
- hopes an agreement on bailout review can be reached on Friday
