Central bank sees slightly better inflation outlook
I wish all central bank decisions were like the SAAR. The Governor speaks for awhile, delivers the forecasts and talks about the economy, dropping hints along the way. Then the announcement finally comes.
The vote was 5 to 1 in favor of the decision.
The rand has been in turmoil because the finance minister was in legal trouble. It weakened slightly after the announcement.
