John Kerry could announce Iran deal at 1 pm ET
Eurasia Group geopolitical analyst Ian Bremmer reports that a John Kerry speech is coming up at 1700 GMT. He says he expects a deal "and lots of controversy"
Iran's Press TV said earlier there would be no deal announced today but that could have been a ruse so Kerry gets the spotlight.
