Well, it won't be coming from increased demand imho
- there is a need for an oil price where producers can invest and consumers can have a decent supply
Fair enough comment that last one but ideal target level may be a tad optimistic. The break-even level for exploration by a large UK oil multinational known to me used to be around $70 per barrel
