Russia's Novak is on the wires saying the OPEC/non-OPEC deal should be continued despite the blockade against Qatar. Saudi Arabia today said it would block Qatari ports, regardless of flag or nationality.

WTI crude is up 25-cents to $47.64, just shy of the session high of $47.74.
