Obama on Iran talks:
- Framework agreement with Iran would achieve his goal of Iran not obtaining a nuclear weapon
- His goal of nuclear talks with Iran is to set up verifiable mechanism to cut off pathways for Iran to obtain nuclear weapon
- If Iran cannot live up to the terms of the agreement, that will be a problem
It's unclear if Obama means that the deep disagreements exist on the nuclear deal, or just generally.
