QE extension will depend on the data
We're not getting the full picture from these couple of comments so it's not clear what his reasons are as to why QE is not reaching the economy. That can simply be down to the usual dynamics of supply and demand. If there's no demand (and that's something we've had prior evidence of), that's a different ball game to the QE transmission lines not functioning as they should in making QE available to the economy.
