Flynn won't testify to Senate Intel Committee
The Associated Press reports that Flynn will decline the subpoena from the Senate Intelligence Committee and will invoke the 5th Amendment . it says no citizen "shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself..."
Last week CNN reported that the FBI had separately issued subpoena's for his business records.
Pleading the 5th might be a great legal tactic but it's pretty much an admission of guilt in the court of public opinion.
