Japan sales tax hike delay - until October 2019 now mooted

Here's the latest from Japan on the rumoured dales tax hike delay

Over the weekend in the Nikkei:

• Says PM Abe has now raised the possibility waiting until October 2019
• Abe citing the boost in demand expected to be created by the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, thus putting the economy in better shape
