There are no secrets in Europe

The ECB decision is scheduled at for 1245 GMT but there is no guarantee that's when it will hit the market.

The ECB is the most leak-prone central bank in the world.

Major announcements have hit the newswires before scheduled releases, including QE decisions.

The market is clearly leaning towards the dovish side here with German 2-year yields hitting a record -0.438% just now. The euro is down 56 pips to 1.0558. That argues the ECB decision has leaked into corners of the market already.

Be very careful with rumours over the next two hours.
