Quick denial from a separate Greek official

Reuters now also cites a Greek official saying the eurozone ministers and Greece have agreed on accord that could extend the bailout.

However, Bloomberg spoke with a Greek government spokesman who said he has not been informed of any Eurogroup deal. That sent EUR/USD plunging back down.

Update: The headlines are coming fast now. The FT reports that a Eurozone official says common text was agreed in pre-meeting sessions and will now be presented to the full Εurogroup for examination.

The first report was from a Greek official who said it appears Eurogroup has reached an accord.

Update 2: A Sky News reporter cites a Greek source and says that the draft is 'something positive' and we'll have to wait to see if it's accepted.

Reading between the lines, it appears that junior ministers from the EU and Greek made a tentative agreement and drafted the text. They're now presenting that to the finance ministers in a larger meeting. If they accept it, it's a done deal.
