Greek govt spokesman Tzanakopoulos out on the wires 23 May

  • Greece has done its part on reforms
  • Greece will exhaust all efforts for a clear solution on issue of debt restructuring
  • IMF's involvement can't be "a la carte"
  • preferable to postpone decision than have a bad deal

Just how much more postponing is he thinking of ?

Germany's Schaeuble:

  • IMF were being difficult in Monday's talks
  • our assumptions on Greek economic development are different from those of the IMF
  • one member state said it could not agree with colleagues
  • Germany not blocking anything, just sticking to the rules
  • if everything goes well we will get a deal in 3 weeks

Why do they continue with this charade?

EU Commission spokesman :

  • Greece has delivered
  • closing of second Greece review is within reach
  • up to Greece's partners to also deliver

and our survey says?

Yes folks we all know what's coming next eh ? I'm not sure just how much more kicking this particular can can take.

Greek bailout review still being kicked down the road
