Officials generally give background on major international meetings and a Canadian finance ministry official had a briefing today ahead of the finance ministers meeting this week in Dresden. The main G7 Summit is June 7-8, also in Germany.

I can't imagine there will be too much complaining. If anything, US officials could begin to express worries about the strong USD.
