The Bank of France and ECB man has been speaking in Paris this morning
- Inflation is temporarily negative
- Sees no risks of bubbles in EZ
- ECB remains vigilant on possible risk if its policies
- EZ inflation will be positive in second half of the year
- Eurozone banks are more solid than pre-crisis
- Capital requirement for banks shouldn't rise further
- Eurozone current account surplus isn't optimal
Sounding very sure of himself. Just another leaf being carried on the wind like the rest of them.
Trust me, I'm a central banker
