Latvian CB gov on Bloomberg adding to earlier comments I reported
- QE programme has just started
- mon pol alone can't do it all
- marginal turnaround in lending data amid QE
- ECB will be in a better situation to evaluate in 6 months
- more data needed
- need to be careful not to exhaust all tools immediately
These comments this morning from ECB members definitely showing there is good discussion/argument being had and adding weight to the argument that Draghi may yet struggle to get it all his own way
