Draghi answering questions after his opening statement:
- We want to consolidate something that's been a success
- We are doing more because it works
- Reinvestment is 'quite an important announcement'
- We intend to keep accommodation longer
- We are confident these decisions are adequate to meet our objectives
- Decisions today were with a 'very large majority, very large'
- I don't think our communication was wrong
- Measures need time to be fully appreciated "...we'll see"
- "without our measures, inflation would be at least 0.5pp lower in 2016, and one third lower by 2017"
Draghi is took a victory lap and then brushed aside criticisms.
