Comments from Draghi relate to culture and art
ECB President Mario Draghi spoke at an art inauguration at the central bank.
"Art is part of European history, of European heritage at its best. It also reminds us that values are not only monetary," were the kinds of things he said.
Evidently the ECB owns an art collection of 320 works.
The only thing that would drive money into the pockets of the wealthy faster than QE is buying art.
