ECB's Smets: Foresees a very gradual process of policy normalisation

Nothing else so far from Smets. Doesn't add much colour to the current ECB normalisation picture really. The market will first be looking towards the "summer of 2019" before thinking about the pace of further rate hikes for the time being.
