- Learned of French attack as EU council started
- One dead and two injured
- One suspect arrested and identified
- Protection of chemical plants will be stepped up
- EU leaders have expressed their solidarity
- Will leave the summit after this press conference
- Will hold cabinet meeting this afternoon
- Other security measures will be taken if necessary
Sad to hear of the loss of life and injuries sustained but perhaps we should be thankful it didn't turn out worse
