Its titled "The Courage to Act: A Memoir of a Crisis and Its Aftermath", which Bobby in the comments says is not a very catchy title.

We need a better title ... so lets throw it open to ForexLive traders. Competition time!
The prize ... well I dunno ... if your title is good enough maybe Mr. B will pulp already printed copies and retitle it! That would be reward enough!
