ECB decision said to match board proposal
So the ECB board made a recommendation and it had enough votes to pass but 5 dissenters. Earlier today Draghi said a "very large majority; very, very large" supported the move.
Lautenschlager, Rimsevics, Hansson, Weidmann and Knot were the members who dissented, according to Bloomberg. They were against further action.
