We're getting a taper, just don't know when

  • We won't suddenly stop QE for obvious reasons

  • ECB haven't seen any signs of bubbles

  • We are monitoring for financial market risk

  • We have two indicators for CPI expectations (survey & market), both have been relatively stable

  • But both have declined quite significantly after Brexit vote. They are now recovering

Now he gets asked if he would raise rates while still doing QE and is referring back to his notes. He's repeating the introductory statement and completely ignoring the question.

  • There is no evidence that corp bond program doesn't benefit SME's

And we're all done.
