Well, FWIW, I reckon if the BOJ manage to weaken the yen with tomorrow's announcement of something dramatic (I reckon they won't ... but lets say they do) then the pressure will come back on China to weaken the yuan. The yuan has fallen this year, a lot of that is due to yen strength, which is China is not too unhappy about at all.
