It was a UK vote overall but that's not the whole picture 24 June 2016

Scotland unanimously voted for Remain as did N Ireland so there is immediately a clash of interest evident which was widely anticipated. I have reported that prospect here previously as well as in my decision piece yesterday.

The chances of another Scottish independence referendum are now very high and N Ireland will not be slow in using the Brexit outcome to negotiate agreements accordingly.

Wales voted to Leave hence highlighting the real divides that this island now has.

All to keep an eye on and throw into the mix, adding to the fallout uncertainty and undermining the Pound.
