Brexit reporting from Bloomberg, though they note it's a devloping story at this stage

  • It's a pre-empting of her speech on Tuesday (UK time)
  • Says she will rule out partial or 'associate' membership of the EU, "anything that leaves us half-in, half out"

Bloomberg posting to the web on this, link, but expect more as the story is added to.

OK, more below:

The speech is available in the UK press already:

Theresa May to set out 12-point plan for Brexit as she vows a clean break that does not leave the UK 'half-in, half-out'

May will speak at 1145GMT

Has 4 principles guiding Brexit:

  1. "certainty and clarity"
  2. "a stronger Britain"
  3. "a fairer Britain"
  4. a truly Global Britain"

I would add 2 more principles

5. "Blah"

6. "Blah"

Though they could be amalgamated into one, "Blah-blah"

She has a 12 point plan, the , "12 objectives that amount to one big goal: a new, positive and constructive partnership between Britain and the European Union"

A less than flattering pic of Ms. May. I've used this one 'cause I imagine its how she is feeling having to deal with all this crap. Still, she put her hand up for it.
