PM's of Estonia and Finland say that David Cameron has so far failed to provide concrete proposals

The two European leaders, who both want the UK to remain in the EU, have told the BBC that the UK is yet to reveal any details about what it wants to achieve in a renegotiation with the EU.

But UK PM Cameron, who is in Iceland for a meeting of northern European leaders, said discussions were going well and has insisted all options were on the table, including leaving the EU.

Some British Eurosceptics look to Norway's position as a model for the UK if it were to leave the EU.Norway is outside the EU but is part of the European Economic Area, which allows it to trade in the single market
