Better than expected and upward revisions with warmer weather being cited as a key factor

1.3000 pops easily and stops triggered to next tranche of offers around 1.3020 . I reckon it will fall back but key to watch the extent of any second-wave demand between 1.2980-1.3000 if we get there.

  • Underlying sales 3M/3M rose marginally by 0.3%, following recent falL
  • Good weather contributed to the better numbers this montH
  • Average prices slowed slightly on the month, dropping to 3.1% from 3.3% in MarcH Demand has risen in all sectors except department stores
