Tell us your stories from last night and today
I've read a few of you who have had big winners and I hope the lack of noise from losers means there weren't any.
Did you hit the jackpot or have a stinker? Did your plans and strategies work or were you flying by the seat of your pants?
I didn't trade in the end, mainly due to the blink and you miss it nature of some of the moves. I very nearly sold the bounce following the first big move south but the craziness of it and blowout in spreads held me back. There's always the nagging feeling that you're going to miss out so you feel obliged to do something. It's a difficult emotion to fight. I may have passed over the opportunity to trade but I didn't lose anything either.
So let us know how you faired, good or bad. We're not here to point and laugh. We'll give pats on the back for those that won, and an arm around the shoulder of those who lost. A losing trade can be a winning trade if you learn something from it.
Lastly, I didn't get the chance to thank you all for using us to get through the vote last night (or into the early hours of this morning). We had record breaking numbers on site and I hope we did you proud. You guys and girls are the reason we do this and your input was immense, in what was a huge market moving event.
