SNB's Zurbruegg: Negative rate policy is necessary and working

An interesting comment came from Stanley Fischer after Jackson Hole. He said that after speaking with central bankers in places were negative rates were implemented, they were all happy with the results and believed it was working.

So don't doubt the SNB's commitment and, perhaps, their willingness to do more.
