The UK Supreme court has said that lawyers Scotland will be invited by the court to have their say on the relevance of Scottish law, so long as they don't form part of English and Welsh law.

I'm not sure what the Welsh will be doing but it's likely to be along those lines too.

While the original decision from the court was deemed pound positive, on the basis that a hard exit could be avoided, this news potentially just brings more uncertainty to the court case. The more people that end up meddling in this, the messier it's going to get.
