  • excess supply to ease
  • unplanned outages in Canada and Nigeria have brought supply and demand more closely into alignment earlier than many expected
  • leaves 2016 global oil demand growth forecast unchanged at 1.2m bpd
  • citing secondary sources says group's crude output fell by 100k bpd to 32.26m bpd in May led by Nigeria
