Certainly no reasons for the BOC to be dovish on these numbers and with the poor retail sales, there's two reasons to see CAD lower

As it is we popped to 1.3330 but are back to 1.3312

Of course energy is a big player and is fell 1.8% vs -4.4% in Sep, and is down 10.4% y/y. Services was flat but goods saw a 0.3% gain vs -0.6% in Sep

Canadian CPI & core y/y
