Less than 3 months ago Trump said he would tell his Treasury Secretary to name China a manipulator on Day One.
With Day One just one day away, it seems as though Republicans are no longer sure about that manipulation thing.
Mnuchin said he would ask Trump to name China a currency manipulator "if they do it again"
At the same time, Soros is saying that China would retaliate if they're named a manipulator.
