Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have announced the birth of their first child. A girl named Max.

They have also announced that they will give away 99% of his FB shares - valued currently at $45 billion - to philanthropic efforts. He will maintain a controlling interest in FB and will give no more 1 billion per year.
