Syrian observers expect 15-day ceasefire

Reuters reports, citing the Syrian Observator for Human Rights, that a local 15-day ceasefire between rebels and government forces in Easter Ghouta, near Damascus is expected to be announced in the 'coming hours' and will start on Thursday.

With Russians bombing moderate rebels and the world powers suddenly caring less about supporting rebels and more about fighting ISIL, the rebels are in a tough spot. Suddenly Assad doesn't look so bad to European leaders.
