Libya exempted from OPEC deal
Libya says it plans to increase output to 900,000 barrels per day in the near future from 600,000 bpd now, according the NOC chairman.
Libya still has more than 1 mbpd of oil production idled and bringing that back online would wipe out any effect from the OPEC freeze.
