Even in head-to-head matchups, he beats other Republicans
The hope for non-Trump supporters is that anti-Trump voters would coalesce around another candidate once the crowded field thins out. But the latest polling from Bloomberg shows Trump in a commanding lead and that he would still have a lead in a one-on-one matchup against Cruz or Rubio in the states hosting primaries on Tuesday.
In the still-crowded field, Bloomberg's poll shows Trump with 37% of supporters followed by Cruz and Rubio who each have 20%.
