Mon pol cannot substitute reforms to improve competition and market functioning
Brexit should lead to a period of reflection on the future of the EU
I think that last point could be the saviour of everything. If Europe could take a long hard look at itself and really get to grips with the things that don't work then the whole project could get back on track. At the moment it's just plowing on regardless of how it's thought of by the citizens within it.
