More than 5.7 million votes cast in Florida
Early voting in Florida stands at 45% of registered voters as of Saturday, the Associated Press reports.
Votes aren't counted until election day but party affiliation is. So far 2,268,663 Democrats have cast votes at 2,261,383 Republicans out of a total of 5.7 million votes cast.
That shows Democrats ahead but only by 7,000 votes. It also shows roughly 1.2 million independents, who will swing the decision.
