No surprises here from the deputy chancellor and econ min

  • it's hard to imagine talks on a new bailout programme after Greek referendum result
  • Tsipras has ripped down the last bridge on which a compromise with Europe could have been built

For all the expected German hot air I still think a deal has to be struck for the benefit of all concerned. The gloves are definitely off but there is too much vested interest not to reach some agreement

Whatever happens the European landscape is changed forever IMHO
