  • Makes sense to me to raise rates this year, but will listen to FOMC debate
  • Consumer spending has been stronger than expected; trade data is weaker
  • Don't see signs that global growth has slowed more than expected
  • When Fed raises rates, it should not be the case that no one is expecting it
  • Fed should not be unnecessarily adding to volatility, nor trying to reduce it

There has been very little USD response to any of these comments today.

Some might be thinking we are sick of hearing the same old **** from these guys.
