George is speaking on Fox Business:
- Need to wait and see whether US economy is strong enough for Fed to raise rates
- Doesn't want to overreact to short-term data that may not be significant in long-term direction for Fed
- Rate hike "on the table" at every upcoming Fed meeting
- Disinflationary shock of stronger US dollar and oil should be temporary, doesn't shift longer-term inflation forecast
For a hawk, she's not really banging the drum on a rate hike and that surely argues that there is no rush.
