Chicago Fed President Charles Evans:
- Wait and see approach is appropriate, given risks
- Expects only moderate increases in policy path, with economic risks higher than in Dec
- US economic fundamentals are good
- Trends don't look favorable for any quick boost to US trend growth and low productivity
Evans was a major dove but he's reeled it in lately. He still doesn't sound like he's going to support a hike for awhile.
