- Greek proposals must be strengthened to product and labour markets
- assets will be transferred to fund to be privatised or run for profit and used to pay down debt
So who's gonna be the fund manager ? Soros? Gross? Draghi? lol
- fund will also contribute €25bln to recapitalization of banks
- Greek parliament will agree total package by Wednesday
- once parliamentary approvals done then Eurogroup will give formal launch to bailout negotiation
