We reported Ardo Hansson's comments to Reuters earlier when he said, "I don't see any convincing reason to consider further policy action in December knowing what we know today."

He took it another step further in an interview with the WSJ.

"Right now I don't see a reason to change anything, that includes all sort of possible measures," told the WSJ. "We should be patient and give these policies a bit more time to have an effect."

That he's on a little media blitz suggests he's ticked off about the direction Draghi is taking the ECB but doesn't have the votes to stop him.
