Says the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China
(What a mouthful, lets just call them the NDRC)
- Some investment projects scheduled for 2016 have been moved forward to this year
- Projects include some in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, One Belt-One Road and Integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regions, new urbanization and the 13th five-year plan (2016-2020)
- Growth and promoting investment is the first priority, according to the NDRC
