But, 2 things:
1. That would be a fib
2. Telling fibs is naughty
PBOC Governor Zhou is speaking at 0045GMT. It's the G20 meeting starting in Shanghai today, it continues tomorrow into the weekend. There is pressure on China to expand its fiscal deficit. Which seems a tad unfair ... but I'll leave policy to the policy people. I relayed on what to expect (calls for fiscal action) and what not to expect (currency intervention) from the G20 yesterday.
